I am having a sale of 20% off my store from Sunday to Tuesday and on Monday and Tuesday TpT is adding another 10% off to make it a total of 28% off for two whole days (use the code cmt12). Now is the perfect time to stock up on great activities for the holidays and new year. Click on the picture below to head on over to my store.
I have a few things in my cart. The first item is "Sweet Ginger Math Stations Galore" from Marsha at "A Differentiated Kindergarten". I can't wait to add these to my math centers. I love the gingerbread theme and this package covers so much.
The second one is "Patterns, Patterns, Everywhere" from Donna at Kinderglynn. We have been working on patterns during calendar time and I know that my students are going to love these.
The third one is "Elf on the Shelf Literacy and Math" by Mel at Seusstastic Classroom Inspirations. Mel has a great post on how she used Elf on the Shelf. I've been thinking about getting one for my class too.

I'm joining in the linky party from
I'm very thankful for a few things this year.
1. My family. My family has had some pretty serious health issues this year. I'm hoping that everyone is on their way to a healthier year.
2. My boys. They are the light of my life and they make me proud everyday.
3. My students. Each year my students continue to surprise me with their courage and the joy the experience every day.
4. My blogging friends. I have made some wonderful friends this past year and I truly appreciate their support and help in my blogging journey.
What are you thankful for? Clink on the linky picture above to join in the fun.

Even though Thanksgiving is over for us. I thought I would post about the turkeys we made.
We started by painting green around the outside of our paper.
Then we painted brown.
And then orange.
We cut out footprints from brown paper and glued them on our tail.
We added eyes.
And a beak.
The final turkey. I think he's cute.
I just posted some new turkey activities. Check them out at my TpT store by clicking on the picture below.
