A Special Kind of Class Loves TpT

I love TpT and I'm so excited to be doing a special giveaway with my Freebielicious friends.  I'm going to be giving away a $10 TpT gift certificate to one lucky winner.  And that's not all!  Every Freebielicious author
will be giving away a $10 gift certificate and on the Freebielicious blog we giving away even bigger TpT gift certificates.

Why do I love TpT?  Well there are a couple of reasons.  When I first started selling things 3 years ago, I honestly never thought anyone would buy my things.  I was totally shocked when I sold my first item.  Little did I know at the time how important both the extra income and the support and friendships I have made through TpT would mean to me.

If you follow my blog on a regular basis, then you know my husband is sick.  He has, ulcerative colitis, and at the beginning of October of this year, he had to have all of his large intestine removed.  He had complications during the surgery and has had trouble adjusting to life with an ileostomy. He now also has blood clots and rheumatoid arthritis because of some of the medication that he was on.   For my family, this has been the one of most difficult times in our life, both financially and emotionally.  And he still has two more surgeries to go.

TpT has been my lifesaver.  When planning a lesson, I've always been able to find exactly what I needed, no matter what the subject or special occasion.  When life happens and I need something fast, I can search for the perfect item.  If I forget my file at home, I can go to the TpT web site and download it at school.  Talk about convenient.

With TpT and the help of my blogging friends, I was able to keep my boys in hockey.  This was something I did not think that I was going to be able to do this year.  Both my boys are goalies and the equipment alone is enough to break the bank.  We were extremely lucky to have our youngest on an incredible team with the best coaches and families.  While I was at the hospital or wasn't able to leave my husband alone, someone from the team would step up and take him to practices and games.

I cannot imagine what life would have been like this year without TpT and the friends that I have made because of it.

This is a small token as my thank you to you.  Please enter the giveaway below.  I hope you win.
